PELLET BURNER - PB-40

Pellet burner PB-40 is designed for automated burning pellets from any combustible material. It is used for heating of residential and other buildings that need power to 40 kW. Hole in the door of the boiler to the burner is fixed to the minimum possible fit on almost all models of boilers - minimum hole diameter is ô102 mm. The most simple is the installation of boilers designed to burn liquid / gaseous fuels (oil, gas, etc..) as the hole in the door is existing and pellet burner flange is standard for them. Whole cycle of ignition, maintenance of specified temperature and extinguish is automatic. The burner operates on three levels + maintenance of fire, depending on water temperature in the boiler, as switching levels is automatic. For the normal and smooth working of the pellet burner is only needed periodically loading the hopper with pellets and cleaning of ash emitted in the area in front of and below the combustion chamber in the boiler, as the period of cleaning is directly dependent on the intensity of the burner, the type of pellets and free space before and under the boiler combustion chamber.
Without problem, the pellet burner works with low-grade and agro pellets, with increased excretion of ash and slag forming. Very good work with the cheapest sunflower pellets (price August 2012 - 260 BGN. /t), which is a major problem for most pellet burners. The pellet burner can control of the main circulating pump heating system (radiators) and circulating pump for water-heater. The water-heater can be heated individually, as the pellet burner is started in "summer" mode. The pellet burner can be controlled by room thermostat which optimizes the pellets consumation. The pellet burner has three programmable on/off timers on day. Control panel/LCD of the burner is removable - stand to put on a horizontal surface (boiler or burner), and the possibility of hanging wall.
