Biomass burner BB-4200 is designed for automated burning pellets, wood chips, shavings, sawdust and other plant and combustible waste materials (straw,
cornstalks, sunflower stalks, tobacco stems,
waste of pruning fruit trees and vines and waste from animal husbandry, paper industry, food industry, etc..) with particle size up to 30 mm.
Burner is used for industrial purposes, greenhouses and other large objects that require power up to 4200 kW (4,2 MW).
The burner is with manual ignition,but it may be and automatically - according to customer requirements.
Maintaining the specified temperature of the water and fire is automatic.
The burner operates at three levels of power, depending on the water temperature in the boiler, such as the switching of the levels may be both manually and automatically.
The burner is with automatic cleaning of the combustion chamber which is carried out using a movable fire-grate and screw for removal of ash.
The burner has its own / builtin bunker with volume 1,2 m2 (~500 kg. pellets or ~200 kg. dried wood chips) that is loaded by external silo/bunker with screw.
