Remove the door and the grate

Drill a hole in a new door. The hinges of the boiler allows the door to be reversed. On the left is the new door and on the right is the old door.
 
On the new door is mounted flange, which fixes the pellet burner to the door.
 
Boiler fitted with the new door. The old door may stay on old place. Any time you can open the door with the pellet burner and close the old door and go back on solid fuel.
 
Remove the cover of the pellet burner - unscrew the four screws that fix it to her
 
Remove the combustion chamber.
Fixing on combustion chamber to the burner is with a nut M6. After removing the nut, the combustion chamber is removed from the body of the burner,
 
The combustion chamber is mounted on the door. Tighten the screws on the flange.
 
Mount the body of pellet burner. Carefully reposition heater / ignition in his nest in the combustion chamber.

Pellet burner mounted to the boiler.
 
The next steps on the mounting are as follows:

1. The bunker is placed in a suitable place;
2. Insert the screw from the bunker and fixed it in stable position;
3. Insert the flexible hose;
4. Plug in the control panel - on this boiler suitable place for it is the body of the boiler;
5. Mount the temperature sensors on the boiler and the built-in heater for hot water;
6. Plug in the jacks on the screw from the bunker and the power supply;
7. Plug in circulators on the heating system and water heater if any;

In this situation, the pellet burner is ready for operation
